Come play with Jess; learn about your body, your mind, and your soul as we use yoga postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you find your inner peace. This time will be filled with love and laughter as Jess helps to guide you in your personal yogic journey.
Want to come and play with some of your friends too? In a small group of 2-3, Jess will help to teach you about your abilities, your strengths, and your greatest gift - inner peace. Come, bring a friend, and let's have some fun!

Yoga for Tots & Yoga Playdate
Yoga for toddlers is something that is near and dear to Jess' heart. Not only because she hopes to bring yoga into the lives of her own boys, but also because having the opportunity to share the practice of yoga with generations to come is truly an honor. Bringing yoga into the lives of children at an early age is beneficial for so many reasons. Children will enhance their body and breath awareness, learn out-of-the-box gross and fine motor activities, find balance (both emotionally and physically-speaking), flexibility, coordination and improve their ability to self-regulate. And most importantly, they will have fun learning!

Being a mom and juggling your own calendar along with your children's can get quite tiresome, especially when you can't ever seem to make it to a tot yoga class! If you have some space in your home or someone else's and would like to organize a playdate for a tot yoga class, I would love to come share the day with you and your children (3 or more children is best). Contact me to schedule a an hour of fun together at your home!
Kid and Teen Yoga
Plant the seed with our next generation! Yoga and mindfulness play a key role in the development of our youth and learning the tools involved to manage stress anxiety and live a joyful and fulfilled life. Kids will learn breath practice, tools to practice mindfulness, practice yoga sequences, and so much more!
